The Dr Rajakumar Cup cricket tournament was held in the last two years successfully by Dancers Association and Kannada Film directors Association. It was for fund raising.

The term for third year event of Dr Rajakumar cup belongs to Producers Association. It seems KFPA is not interested in taking initiative.

The Dancers Association lead by Rajesh Brahmavar is back again to organize the Dr Raj Cup cricket tournament. Last year it was held in Hubli by Kannada Film Directors association. It was very grand and bit controversial too on the Hubli ground.
